This page introduces a couple of ideas for projects and communities in Wales. These are early-stage ideas, supported by concept papers.
Should a group of people coalesce around one of the ideas and want to take it forward, a collaborative approach would be needed, tailored to the people and place in question. If you’re interested in joining forces, exploring possibilities, or simply expressing interest, we’d love to hear from you.
We also welcome conversations with organisations and groups who share an interest in regenerative land use, community-led housing, and low-impact development. If you’re curious about supporting or shaping these initiatives, please get in touch. Landowners with potentially suitable land or property are also encouraged to reach out.
