And on the subject of living off-grid in South West England, there’s a video from YouTuber JoeFish about the One Tree Farm project in Somerset. The project is designed to restore land and regenerate people, and has a strong following on social media, as well as lots of progress on the ground.

The videos don’t give out information on the planning status of the residential structures shown, although from public records online it looks like the One Tree Farm pioneers have made a series of planning submissions including for 2 mobile homes to house agricultural workers.
