“Learning is not compulsory… Neither is survival”

“Anyone who keeps learning stays young”

Spring is just about sprung – and it’s time to get out and about.
Living a more natural, outdoorsy lifestyle, more in tune with Mother Nature, often means learning new skills and doing things a bit differently.
This can mean signing up to workshops or courses to learn those skills – or perhaps sharing your own skills and experiences with others.
There are many subjects on offer, including natural building, woodworking, furniture-making, crafts and textiles, bushcraft, survival skills, foraging, food, cookery, soap making, natural cosmetics, permaculture, gardening and growing, ecology and land management…
There are also opportunities to volunteer at farms and land-based projects.

Happy searching!
